Prior to that, she received a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Educational Psychology and Statistics and a Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.) in School Psychology, both from the University at Albany, State University of New York. In addition, she is a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA) and a Certified Trauma-Skilled Specialist. Dr. Emmerich received her Doctoral Degree (Psy.D.) in School Psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York in May 2006. Her doctoral dissertation focused on Tourette’s Syndrome and educational implications.
